Dr. César Eduardo Moreno
Co-founder of the International María Luisa de Moreno Foundation.
He is currently the Secretary-General of the Council of Founders and a member of the Board of Directors. He has extensive experience and leadership in decision-making regarding corporate social responsibility, with broad knowledge and experience in designing altruistic models and philanthropic programs, enabling the achievement of the Foundation’s goals.

- Ph.D. in Business Administration.
His effective leadership has been demonstrated in various social and educational activities, benefiting vulnerable communities nationally and internationally, as well as in his exemplary work.
