Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Attending an MLMIF UK event
• Sponsoring the work of the MLMIF UK
• Donating to the MLMIF UK
• Volunteering for the MLMIF UK

• Keep you up to date on our activities
• Invite you to our events
• Promote opportunities to support the MLMIF UK, such as through sponsorship or donation
• Promote our work through our official channels, such as the use of official photos and/or videos on the MLMIF UK and International website and official social media accounts
• Share volunteering opportunities, where applicable

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on the MLMIF UK internal database, only accessible to MLMIF UK employees and volunteers.

We keep your personal information, such as your name or contact details, for one (1) year. We will contact you towards the end of this term to confirm whether you consent to us continuing to use this information for the purposes set out above.

If you do not reply before the end of this term, or you withdraw your consent, we will then delete this information from our database.

We will hold official content, such as photos and videos from events, in perpetuity as the intellectual property of the MLMIF UK. However, you have the right to erasure in certain circumstances.
