Dr. Ángela Oviedo Rincón
Global Vice President of the International María Luisa de Moreno Foundation.
She is in charge of providing technical and mission advisory services to the countries where the Foundation operates, through international cooperation.
From her childhood, she has had the desire to help those in need, a dream fulfilled through her work within the Foundation. Her efforts have attracted the interest of organizations worldwide to deliver aid and benefits, championing the interests of the most vulnerable communities across the globe.

- Professional in International Relations and Political Studies.
- Master’s in International Law, Human Rights, and International Cooperation.
- Ph.D. in International Law.
