This Strategic Line is based on improving the quality of life of families through entrepreneurship, offering each individual the opportunity to find their path to making their life project a reality.

Through this Strategic Line, individuals are encouraged to be self-taught and to aspire to entrepreneurship. It begins with a change in attitude, which, in other terms, means awakening—starting a life process with a strong desire to overcome difficulties, fulfil dreams, and establish a source of income by creating and strengthening their own business.

Productive Families is inspired by the example of Dr María Luisa Piraquive as an entrepreneurial and self-taught woman. Based on this model, it leads actions aimed at strengthening integral training to develop both human skills and entrepreneurial capacities.

The International María Luisa de Moreno Foundation develops the Strategic Line ‘Productive Families’ through three programmes:

Human Awakening Programme

This programme promotes the recognition of individual abilities to structure and define a life project, strengthening skills and talents, and contributing to personal transformation through a culture of values.

– Nine (9) projects of ‘Training in Arts and Crafts’ at the Information Point in Bosa Recreo – Bogotá D.C.: One hundred and seven (107) workshops and seminars.
